How do partner rates work?
Rates are set per partner in a one-page agreement. We walk through it with you on the first call.
When do I get paid?
Monthly. Your statement shows what the merchants you registered generated, and the payout is sent through Stripe.
Who talks to the merchant?
You make the introduction: once you register a merchant in the portal, we book a 3-way intro call with you and the merchant. From there ChargePilot runs onboarding and the dispute work, and the merchant's status stays visible in your portal.
Is there exclusivity?
No. There is no exclusivity.
Which processors does it cover?
Every processor ChargePilot supports: Stripe, Shopify Payments, Square, Braintree, PayPal, NMI, Authorize.net, and Amazon Pay. Clover is in review. What runs on each one is on the integrations page.
What does the merchant pay?
ChargePilot's published pricing: a 15% success fee on recovered chargebacks and $19–$29 per confirmed prevention, with no subscription fees. The full detail is on the pricing page.
