Generate a Store-level API account
In your BigCommerce admin, go to Settings → Store-level API accounts → Create API Account. Select V2/V3 API token. Enable Read scopes on Customers, Orders, and Products.
Copy the 3 credentials
BigCommerce will show your Store Hash, Client ID, and Access Token once. Copy all three before closing the dialog.
Paste into ChargePilot
Enter Store Hash, Client ID, and Access Token in Settings → Integrations. ChargePilot validates the connection immediately. Done — every future Stripe dispute will automatically include BigCommerce context.
